THE SEVEN SEES — BETA PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT

Effective upon acceptance. Between: Mikel Ray Walton ("Author") and the individual accepting this agreement ("Participant").

1. Nature of the Materials

The Author is providing access to an unpublished, pre-publication manuscript entitled The Seven Sees (the "Manuscript"), associated assessment tools, and conceptual frameworks (collectively, the "Materials") for the sole purpose of gathering feedback prior to commercial publication.

2. Confidentiality

Participant agrees to hold all Materials in strict confidence. Participant shall not disclose, share, reproduce, publish, post, distribute, or transmit any portion of the Materials — in whole or in part — to any third party in any form, including but not limited to print, digital, audio, or verbal reproduction, without the prior written consent of the Author.

3. Permitted Use

Participant may access and read the Materials solely through this platform for the purpose of providing feedback to the Author. Participant may make personal notes for the purpose of giving feedback. No other use is permitted.

4. Intellectual Property

All Materials, including the manuscript text, the Seven SEES framework, the Twenty Truths assessment, the eight Triad pattern taxonomy, navigation instrument terminology, and all associated concepts, are the exclusive intellectual property of Mikel Ray Walton. Participation in this beta does not transfer any ownership, license, or right to any of the Materials.

5. Feedback License

Any feedback, suggestions, comments, or ideas Participant submits through this platform may be used by the Author freely and without compensation, attribution, or further obligation.

6. No Commercial Use

Participant shall not use the Materials or any portion thereof for commercial purposes, including training, consulting, publishing, or product development.

7. Duration

This agreement remains in effect until the earlier of: (a) commercial publication of the Manuscript, or (b) written release by the Author.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of residence of the Author.

9. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the Materials and supersedes all prior communications on this subject.
